Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If an application has not been submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • If a duplicate payment is made by the client.
  • If E360Consult fails to provide the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons.

2. Non Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If a client provides incorrect or incomplete documents leading to rejection.
  • If a client changes their mind after service commencement.
  • If government fees or third-party charges are involved.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@e360consult.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
