1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If an application has not been submitted to the relevant authorities.
- If a duplicate payment is made by the client.
- If E360Consult fails to provide the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons.
2. Non Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- If a client provides incorrect or incomplete documents leading to rejection.
- If a client changes their mind after service commencement.
- If government fees or third-party charges are involved.
3. Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@e360consult.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
